How to encourage people to learn a foreign language

Most Korean wish to have a great ability for of being able to speak English, Chinese, or Japanese. Although they think like that, many those people do nothing. Even they are on the wrong track. I think it would be great if we could get them to find in a variety of pleasant ways to learn a foreign language.
Let's come up with as many ideas as possible.

First, when confronted by some situations with foreigners, most people in Korean think "Why didn't I study English?" or  "What is the point of studying English in school?" That is kind of the point. In that case, we can recommend starting learning English at once to those who are eager to speak a foreign language fluently.

In addition, supposing they are filled with motivations to learn, what might be a solution? There are many ways to improve one's foreign language,  but they do not know. Therefore, envisioning an easy way to learn would be very practical. For example, watching foreign drama, movie, and TV shows or listening to music which they like

What is more, if you Google or Youtube watch the lecture on Youtube for how to study languages, there are so many helpful ways or video clips. You can't miss it.

Finally, I would like you to consider these ways to improve your language skill and spend more time using the language.  It would work. Please do not say no to the ideas.
